Zimmerman, also commented on the merger, stating, "We have a bold product vision that will propel the entire industry forward. By combining Solomon’s data with LoyalFree’s promotion channels, we are able to create exciting new solutions like white-labelled apps, business engagement tools, and business membership and reward schemes."

The combined business and is already creating apps for many places across the UK including Royal Leamington Spa, Harley Street, Ulverston, Hereford and Marble Arch.

Stephanie Kerr, Executive Director, BID Leamington commented “We are pleased to support this exciting merger, that will bring two well know service providers together for the benefit of our places. We have been working with Vicinity to build a locally branded App for Leamington Spa that will launch very soon. The ‘Love Leam’ App leverages the experience and expertise that was built up by Loyal Free, to deliver something unique and helpful to our town. At a time when places are very challenged, forming collaborations and partnerships is essential so we wish them well as their offer evolves”.
